RENTAL OF OUR MORE INTIMATE SPACE, LITTLE STUDIO 215, INCLUDES:

Full use of our 1,100 square foot heated and cooled event space with the all the striking industrial charm From the exposed brick walls, 20ft tall vaulted wood ceilings with black arched beams, and our added feature of the 20ft tall pallet wall.
All of our tables to pick from.
- Up to (6) 5' round tables
- Up to (5) 8’ rectangular banquet tables
- Up to (5) 6' rectangular banquet tables,
- Up to (3) high top/bistro tables
- Up to (1) 4’ rectangular table
Up to (50) of our beautiful, mahogany chiavari chairs with white padded cushions
Café lights (also known as bistro lights) strung high in the air from our striking beams
A cool indoor balcony with a spiral staircase. Which is additional square footage and perfect for photo booths, DJ/bands, lounge area, your photographer to get amazing aerial shots + more!
A chalkboard wall to make the perfect welcome sign, backdrop for photos, cake, seating chart, etc.
Set up and break down of our furniture. Which we sit-down in advance to discuss where you would like all our tables and chairs placed so we can have our furniture set up upon arrival.
Small prep kitchen with refrigerator and granite countertops (located in the adjoining hallway). This is not a catering kitchen, simply a prep kitchen.
Our private parking lots with more than ample parking
Two individual occupancy, handicap accessible restrooms.

Vendor Flexibility**

Little Studio 215 encourages a maximum guest count of 40 people. However, it may adjust based on event type and layout.

Rental Pricing

Little Studio rents between the hours of 8:00am - 12:00am*

WEEK-DAY (Monday - Thursday) : $135* an hour with a five (5) hour minimum.
WEEKEND (Friday - Sunday) : $150* an hour with a five (5) hour minimum.
We do two (2) events a day in the Little Studio on weekends, one during the specialty discounted rate (i.e. between 8:00am - 3:00pm) and one during our standard rental rate (i.e. between 4:00pm - 12:00am). We do not allow mid-day blocks on weekends unless you are reserving at minimum nine (9) hours at the standard hourly rate.

Special weekend day rate:

We offer a reduced price on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm for bridal showers, baby showers, church events, birthday parties, luncheons, etc.

SPECIALTY WEEKEND DAY RATE PRICE :

$625* for four (4) hours. Additional hours can be added within the approved time frame for $100 each additional hour

The only time slots for this special rate are:

8:00am - 12:00pm
9:00am - 1:00pm
10:00am - 2:00pm
11:00am - 3:00pm

The four hours for the specialty rate includes one (1) hour for decorating, two (2) hours for the actual event, and one (1) hour for clean up of all outside food/drinks/décor/gifts.

* Pricing varies for certain holidays and holiday weekends for either package. Closed Entirely The week of Thanksgiving (Monday - Sunday), December 22nd - 31st (2024) to spend quality time with our loved ones.

*Note: Your access begins and ends within your contracted rental time. This includes setting up decorations and outside vendor access. Traditionally the first hour is for set-up of all outside décor and vendors; and the last hour is for break-down (i.e. anything brought in must be taken out by the end of the contracted rental time. Studio 215 Staff will discuss the layout of tables and chairs prior to your event date; and will have them set-up upon arrival as pre-discussed. The Little Studio cannot be reserved more than six (6) months in advance.

** The Little Studio has vendor flexibility; however, bartenders and caterers must be insured with proper documentation on file.
