studio 215 Event rental Pricing

Studio 215 was created to be a high end, yet affordable option for the Fayetteville area to host any kind of occasion and celebration; from birthdays, retirements, graduations, military balls, company retreats, non-profit events + so much more! The possibilities are truly endless.

Studio 215 is downtown located in historic downtown Fayetteville. It truly is an incredible space. Our building has been around since 1937, it has endless amount of industrial charm from the exposed brick walls, 25ft vaulted wood ceilings, black arched beams, a car lift turned into a glass-top table + so much more! When it comes to our rentals, we actually have two packages to choose from.

Included in our main studio rental packages are:

  • All of our tables.

    • Up to (15) 5' round tables

    • Up to (15) 8' rectangular banquet tables

    • Up to (5) high top/bistro tables

    • Up to (1) half 5’ round table

  • Up to (240) of our beautiful, mahogany chiavari chairs with white padded cushions

  • Café lights (also known as bistro lights) strung high in the air from our striking beams

  • Two (2) cool indoor balconies. Which is additional square footage and perfect for photo booths, DJ/bands, lounge area, your photographer to get amazing aerial shots + more! One has a striking spiral staircase

  • Private outdoor patio with bistro lights attached to the main studio. Perfect location for enjoying the warm southern nights.

  • Massive chalkboard wall to make the perfect backdrop for photos, cake, bar, seating chart, etc

  • Our cornhole game four outside on the patio

  • Two mobile Bars

  • Our mobile wooden planter boxes with tall green topiary trees in it. They are perfect accents or dividing the space

  • Set up and break down of our furniture. Which we sit-down in advance to discuss where you would like all our tables and chairs placed so we can have our furniture set up upon arrival

  • On-site prep kitchen complete with granite countertops for our go-to exclusive delicious caterers (This is not a commercial kitchen, simply a prep kitchen).

  • Access to Wifi

  • Four (4) individual occupancy, handicap accessible restrooms (2 within the primary space, 2 in the adjoining hallway)

  • Our (2) private parking lots with more than ample parking

  • Our cleaning crew the following morning

  • Our staff on-site the entire duration of your rental. For evening events we also have a security guard for evening events in your rental.

We have hosted as intimate as 20 guests in our main studio and as large as 240 guests. We have truly mastered this space for every type of event and settings. (capacity numbers may adjust based on layout and details of event)

Weekend Rentals

Our weekend packages (Friday-Sunday) are a flat TWELVE (12) HOUR rental

BASIC PACKAGE

 Includes all items and services listed above.

Friday: $3,250

Saturday: $4,000

Sunday: $3,000

INCLUSIVE (ENTIRE BUILDING) PACKAGE

Includes all items listed above + access to our Little Studio. That’s right! You get access to both of our spaces for your entire rental! The little studio is perfect for cocktail/social hour for guests, buffet line, VIP section, supervised childcare, photographs, and so much more.

Friday: $4,250

Saturday: $5,000

Sunday: $4,000

Week Day Rentals

Week day rental packages are for Monday - Thursday rentals

BASIC PACKAGE

 Includes all items and services listed above.

Five (5) Hour Rental: $1,750

Ten (10) Hour Rental: $2,500

Twelve (12) hour Rental: $2,800

INCLUSIVE (ENTIRE BUILDING) PACKAGE

Includes all items listed above + access to our Little Studio. That’s right! You get access to both of our spaces for your entire rental! The little studio is perfect for cocktail/social hour for guests, buffet line, VIP section, supervised childcare, photographs, and so much more.

Five (5) Hour Rental: $2,300

Ten (10) Hour Rental: $3,500

Twelve (12) hour Rental: $3,800

 Need more time? You can add additional hours to your rental. Each additional hour in the main studio is $250 for any day of the week

*Pricing does vary for holiday dates and Thanksgiving weekend (Saturday and Sunday) for both packages. Closed Entirely The week of Thanksgiving (Monday - Friday), December 22nd - 31st (2023) to spend quality time with our loved ones.



Flexible drink policy

Unlike most other venues, we allow you to choose your vendors so that you can shop around and stay within your budget.  We also are one of the few venues that allow you to bring in your own alcohol.  Due to insurance purposes we do require you to bring in an insured bartender.  Don’t have one?  That’s ok!  We have several suggestions.

Additional regulations and guidelines apply in accordance with NC ABC Commisioners office. Please refer to their website to get additional information or contact us.

Suggested Vendors

Once you've booked an event in either Studio 215 or Little Studio 215 we provide a list of our favorite vendors for your disposal.  We want your event to be as unique as you are.  

There are two vendors that must be approved due to insurance and legal requirements; and that is the catering of the actual meal (not baked goods/sweets) and the bartender for serving alcohol. We will happily email you the pre-approved vendors to which we already have their proper documents on file. We do still allow flexibility, please just ask us how if you already have an insured catering company in mind!
